Austrian hunting arms manufacturer Strasser has introduced a new bipod called BONE. According to the company, the BONE bipod was developed by combining the best existing design solutions with new innovative ideas, with the goal of creating the most universal bipod. “Light – Stable – Universal” is the slogan of Strasser BONE bipod. Overall, it looks like the company really takes pride in the BONE bipod design and has even launched a website dedicated to this product.

The Strasser BONE bipod is made of aluminum and carbon fiber. It has hardened steel spike feet covered by non-slip rubber feet. The length of the legs can be adjusted from 7.5″ to 10.5″. This is a folding bipod with retention points at 0, 45 and 90-degree positions. The traverse adjustment range in the fully deployed position is 20 degrees. The Strasser BONE bipod has seven adapter options that allow to mount it on a Picatinny rail, M-LOK, KeyMod, Blaser mount, different types of sling swivel studs as well as to any forend via the Strasser Universal Adapter. The overall weight of this bipod is 270 grams (9.5 oz).
Strasser BONE bipod is listed on the company’s website at an MSRP of €310 (including VAT). The optional adapters cost €68 to €103 depending on the mounting interface. The estimated start of shipping is September 2021. Initially, the company will be shipping this product only to the European Union countries.
