FAST COG

FAST COG

We have so many options when selecting a new optic. They’re light, fast, and feature-rich. Some of us, however, aren’t in the market for something new. We like the tried and true, battle-proven optics that we already know and love. Unfortunately, some of these classic optics weren’t designed with modern shooting techniques in mind. Modern shooters wearing plate carriers, helmets, and comms devices might have trouble utilizing their Trijicon ACOG and VCOG optics. This is why Unity Tactical has just released a new FAST mount with these shooters in mind. Welcome the new Unity Tactical FAST COG mount series.

The FAST COG Series Mounts From Unity Tactical

FAST COG

Aside from being a stable mounting platform for your ACOG or VCOG, the main purpose of the FAST COG is to bring the optical centerline to 2.05” above the rail. This is better suited to a more modern head-up shooting position. The mount is made from 7075 T6 aluminum and wears a Type III hard coat anodized finish. It is also compatible with the entire line of FAST Offset Accessory Mount products, allowing you to run an offset red dot at 35 degrees. It secures to your rail with a three cross bolt rail grabber. The COG mount is available in Black and Flat Dark Earth.
